Our teaching team is made up of early childhood teachers (with a university qualification) and educators (diploma or certificate 3 in early education and care). Each of our teachers and educators at preschool has an excellent knowledge of child development and of current research and practices in early childhood education. They are guided by the Education and Care Services National Regulation and other relevant legislation, and use the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics to govern their work with children, families, other professionals, and the general community.

We pride ourselves on our high ratios of staff to children, the experience and the qualifications of our teachers and educators, and the consistency of our staff team.  Our staff and leadership team are supported in the provision of quality programs by our Management Board.
